I usually don't post this many photos, but I really enjoyed this shoot, and wanted to put in a few more than I did on facebook. Katie hosted this wonderful party for her son Maxim's first birthday, and it was an awesome time. I look forward to working with them this fall for family portraits!

a weekend away in fremont, wi

While camping in Fremont this weekend I discovered this old bar that was abandoned. Upon further investigation I discovered that there was an old motel attached to it. So of course I ventured, and found out that not all the rooms were locked. Here are the best of the pack. I haven't really done this before, but I am pretty happy with the results.

i haven't been that photographically active this summer. I kind of needed a break. the break is over. School is almost here, and I need to be cranking some work out, and also just practicing for well, practice. Here are two shots I grabbed the past week-ish. Some religious imagery I just couldn't pass up, the moment was there, and also our latest t-storm. Not much lighting to grab, but I thought this shot was pretty cool.
